During my stay, I faced significant issues with the internet connection, which was very temperamental and often required restarts. It was frustrating trying to complete basic tasks or contact family, especially while on the 16th floor where I felt the signal was weaker. the lingering odor in my room was quite unpleasant, detracting from my overall comfort after long days exploring Osaka.

Room was comfy, lekker to open the window for a breeze. Location is sharp-sharp, just a stroll from Osaka station and shopping like a boss! Brekkie spread was solid, defs filled us up for the day!

But the aircon was a bit of a mission to figure out, could do with some clearer instructions.

The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from Umeda and Nakatsu metro stations, making it easy to explore the city.

The breakfast selection was noticeably unremarkable, with lukewarm food that could definitely use improvement.

Hearton Hotel Kita Umeda blew my mind with its prime location near local culinary gems like Oden Yaefuku and Menya Teru Nakatsutakuroten. Plus, I loved the free filtered water on every floor and the cleanliness of the room, which made my stay a true delight.

But let's not sugarcoat it—the smell of the room was off-putting. That non-smoking label didn't live up to the hype! On top of that, the reception staff could've shown a bit more warmth upon my departure, especially when I wasn't feeling well.

The double room offered a clean and quiet space, perfect for winding down after a day exploring. plus, the buffet breakfast provided an affordable spread that included fresh salads, omelets, and even Japanese fare like miso soup. Its proximity to subway stations and shopping areas was a real bonus, making it easy to navigate the city.

The internet connection on the 16th floor was frustratingly inconsistent, often requiring restarts and leaving me reliant on my 4G. while the room was booked as non-smoking, it still had a lingering cigarette odor, which was quite off-putting. Cleaning and maintenance left something to be desired too, most notably with unclear air conditioning instructions that could be improved.

Great location offers easy access to transport. The room was larger than typical for Japan, providing ample space for comfort. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to assist. breakfast options could use improvement as many items were lukewarm, and the cleaning standards were not consistently high, particularly with some lingering odors in the room.

The location is a gem, just a 10-minute walk from Umeda and Nakatsu Metro stations, making it super easy to explore Osaka's bustling heart. The Studio Twin Room was cozy and clean, perfect for a group, and the hotel provides handy amenities like free Wi-Fi and a cafe restaurant for quick meals.
